It is complete and total bull turd. The Union should not allow it. These pilots are going back to first year pay flying the same routes with the same name painted on the airplane. Just one more way to keep labor costs down. Isn't this why we are unionized? I thought the election of the new Union friendly administration was going to make it all better.

Hey everyone, thought I'd pass on my experience with AW. I'm furloughed NetJets and ex-Chautauqua, 4800tt 3500me. Had my resume walked in by a friend. Got called a couple weeks later for an interview, which was last week in ATW. Nice people overall, easy and short interview, about 15 minutes. During the interview they asked me if I'd resign my seniority at NetJets if offered the postion. I politely told them no and explained why in this volatile industry I am hesitant to give up future opportunities, etc. I got a rejection email today, so that must have been an issue for them. Oh well. I can't justify giving up recall rights at a job that pays 3-4x more per year to go work at a company who may or may not have a future past a few more years. Not to mention, in the company overview presentation, the phrase "we probably won't furlough again this fall" was used twice. How encouraging. Good luck to everyone else seeking a job there. They seem like nice people.
