I don't think the study tested G-tolerance.

Be careful, we tried this at Mesa and all we ended up with was someone waiting for us to get off the airplane to punch us in the eye. I don't know how much the company pays this guy but he is without mercy and relentless. You have to be careful how the language is worded.

That was the surprising finding of a new military-funded study that sought to figure out what types of foods were best for pilots when missions restricted when or what they could eat. UND researchers found that pilots who ate the fattiest foods such as butter or gravy had the quickest response times in mental tests and made fewer mistakes when flying in tricky cloud conditions.
Me thinks you need more fat in your diet sir or madam.

Yes ribs and steak will probably help you very little at 8Gs if you forget to breathe.

Was this the same university that came out with the study that revealed that over consumption of alcohol leads to risky sexual behavior?

I was a part of this study too- I remember seeing the flyer advertising free food and sim hours... to a college kid the idea of free food for almost a month was a no brainer! Interesting to see the results- I'd not heard anything about it til now.
