That is what these guys want to do...

Americans For Fair Taxation: Americans For Fair Taxation

I think it's a great idea.

Sorry if this is thread drift.

Default Capitalism film featuring airline industry

I am not a big Moore fan, however, I am thankful he included pilot pay in his film. I am sure we can all agree that many in the industry are underpaid for the amount of responsibility. The film will get the word out to the mainstream, who are misinformed and unaware of the low wages and working conditions of regional pilots.

The "mainstream" isn't going to be real interested in a Michael Moore movie.

Can't stand the guy or his politics, as whatever valid points he raises get WAY overshadowed by his bombast and blatant manipulation of footage.

But I respect him immensely for going on Hannity and having it out...

I'll give him that for going on Hannity. He doesn't hide behind his radical ideas. However, once again Michael Moore will never speak for me.

So you must feel like you are fairly compensated at your job, your health insurance meets or exceeds your expectations, your tax dollars have a direct impact on your community, and these executives are fairly compensated for the great work they do.

Yes, because disliking Michael Moore & his message because he's a blowhard with a crappy delivery (not unlike Rush Limbaugh on the right) means you approve of excessive corporate greed

More than fairly compensated.

your health insurance meets or exceeds your expectations
Very much so.

your tax dollars have a direct impact on your community
I pay way too much and see way too little.

and these executives are fairly compensated for the great work they
My company is very profitable, very stable, and my paycheck is always on time and the right amount. So yes, they do great work and thus should be compensated commensurately for it.

Then I've gotta ask, where do you work, and are they hiring?

Big Brown. I'm not sure when hiring will resume, but hopefully soon.
