Really. Who is the holding corporation?

Most at skywest would be happy if delta took asa back, they really hurt the company margins.

I think you mean Mesabah told me. But he didn't tell me the name of the holding company.

Which board does RA report to? Because he is on the BOD of Delta, is he reporting to himself? Or the shareholders?

Now I know you are smarter than that. Like Bored said where have you been in the last couple of years?

Delta Airlines, Inc. the parent Holding Corporation owns many aviation business entities, one of which happens to be Delta mainline flying under the Delta Airlines banner. RA is the CEO of Delta mainline and he answers to the Board of Directors of Delta Airlines mainline who are appointed to these positions by the Board of Directors of parent Delta Airlines, Inc. In many cases, they are same people. I've pasted the info below for your education.

Delta, the "mainline" component of Delta Air Lines, Inc., - serves primarily high-volume domestic flights and long-haul international services.

Aviation business related operations, divisions, and subsidiaries

Northwest Airlines headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota

This thread is proof positive that some pilots need to put down the iPod or USA Today and pick up a Wall Street Journal every now and again...

Would be interesting to see what happens when the RAH pilots learn that the Delta mainline flowdown goes with the sale of Compass. That's right, if Delta sells Compass, whoever buys it has to agree to the flowdown. The only entity that can do away with it is DALPA granting relief. Somehow I don't see them giving anything to help RAH out.

There is no such thing as "mainline" subsidiary . Where is Delta Mainline listed as a subsidiary? I can't find it in any 10K or 10Q reports

RA is the CEO of Delta Airlines INC. There is no Delta Airlines Mainline, listed anywhere. Find me any financial information that differentiates between Delta Airlines Inc and Delta Mainline.

Since RA is the CEO of this so called Delta Mainline. Who is the CEO of Delta Airlines Inc?

Also please list the BOD of Delta Mainline vs the BOD for Delta INC, that supposedly elected RA as a BOD for Delta mainline.

BOD's are elected by share holders, not other BOD's. And being that there is no such thing as Delta Maintain, Delta Airlines INC share holders elected RA as a BOD. And if you're curious 531,727,863 vote FOR and 118,311,886 AGAINST.
