DAL can only add about 25 more 70 seat jets to the DCI Fleet. The # of 76 seaters is maxed out. The only way that more 70 seat jets will be ordered(beyond the 25 mentioned earlier) is if Mainline grows. Considering the # of 757/767's parked in VCV it's highly unlikely more RJs will be ordered soon.

Unless good 'ol Lee Moak decides to sell out the junior guys yet again and give up more scope.

ha ha! That's right! Since by then "the merger" will be complete and the two pilots will be made up of one Mesaba pilot and one Comair pilot. Imagine the conversation in that cockpit!
