WRONG. Nice try. If your analogy of undercutting applied the whole regional industry would be scab. Why are you replacing CAL 737 runs from Texas to Canada on an RJ, are you an undercutting scab?

If/when GoJet stagnates, then you'll have a point.

Nice try to prove someone else wrong...but sadly, once again, you are wrong. Bond stated a fact, Hulas walked away to start a new airline, staffed by other pilots. Just because you use caps, does not change fact.

Hooray for every regional pilot hired since 9/11...

Though, many of us are not excited about the prospect of upgrading for any other reason besides attrition.

That is my question.

It would be interpreted as an illegal job action. Local union leadership along with people considered to be key individuals would be held liable and would face fines and or time in jail. That sounds like a fantastic idea.

I'm sorry - just curious - how would quitting and finding another job be considered illegal? If management does something the pilot group doesn't much care for, don't pilots even have the right to quit anymore?

No he didn't start an airline to get around cba the airline was already there for the scope, tsa pilots would have flown for gojet airlines. the issue was the seniority list which apparently was not illegal. round and round we go

That is my question. So many people on an internet forum ALWAYS screaming about this, that & the other etc..Well, why didn't they just quit TSA a.
Because none of the bashers have any stake in it. They don't care, they can't stand STL, they can't stand Hulas and TSA. All of them are furloughed or gone with no intention of going back to TSA, none of them "need" to go to Gojet. It's not that they won't. They have 0 interest in anything other than flaming the issue to pass the time. Look at all the arguments it's all about the past, and generally things that have absolutely no matter. Nothing about solving an issue. The actual TSA pilots I know do not blame current gojet pilots for anything, we're not best of friends by any means but they realize they got scrwed big time by management a long time ago.

Did I get all the salient points for those who don't want to read 17 pages?

You're welcome.
