Letter from a gojets pilot
#121
So, why didn't the TSA pilots & ALPA appeal the NMB decision?? Talk about "rolling over" The TSA pilots & ALPA are a prime example. On a side note...if the pilots were so upset over the outcome why didn't they all just quit TSA & go some place else...you know..like "McDonalds" or the "Wal-Mart" to really make a stand and "raise the bar"you guys are always spouting about??
AirWillie...I didn't say anything about pimp my ride, but you really have not responded to any of the points I've made without dismissing me as an incredible source. Also, the pimp my ride response was a half-joke in response to the Overhaulin' analogy. Way to respond to a real issue.

The more time we spend beating each other up, the more TSA(H) sits back, earns money, and laughs at just how successfully they've pinned the pilots against each other. If we are really interested in success in having a mutually beneficial experience at TSA(H), we're going to have to work together. Without that, the division will be the end of this company, which may be for the best.

And yet, after seeing the start of gojets chronicled like that (Which you have seen before on here), you can still claim that it's OK to work there. Ostensibly because "It's not an alter ego, it was created because TSA couldn't fly 70 seaters!!!" It's been said/proven MANY times that that was not the reason gojets exists the way it does now. So, how can you keep justifying it???

Its not TSA's flying. There, I've said it.
ITS TSH's FLYING! And it should be flown by TSH's pilots, not TSA and GJ pilots.
And its kinda funny that you say its no one's fault but mgmt, but then place the blame on the "mistakes" of TSA ALPA.

Wake up man. Thats what we're trying to do, but you keep saying we should "give a little to get a little" and "how come mesa and GJ can get a contract done so quickly and TSA cant"
Which one is it? Do you want us to raise the bar or roll over? Its kind of funny that you tell us to have an airtight contract but you're the ones who are going to suffer from your POS contract when they dissolve TSA and open a GJ alter ego.

Where does it say on there that it's TSA flying? Where? It's gojet flying. If it was TSA flying, we would not have a separate list, it would have been an open and shut case for TSA. Make an air tight contract next time. It's almost as ridiculous as major pilots crying over RJs taking over their jobs which they allowed. The point that I am trying to make is that it's not anyones fault but managements and the people responsible for the debacle. No use in beating a dead horse, try to focus on what really matters in your negotiations so mistakes will not be made again.
