Default 96% of TSA pilots vote YES to strike

The strike authorization vote ended today. 96% voted yes. The percentage of eligible voters that actually voted to be announced at a later time.

I'm confused by this. We're bound by the RLA to wait until the cooling off period..... other than that, we follow our FOM and CFM by the book, don't cut any corners, write up any discrepancies, and just generally fly professionally (safe)....
