That does not seem too odd. A UM requires extra work and personal handling from A to B so would require an additional charge.

That means in 8 months Bedford offers them $200 million in "emergency financing".

By the way, part of the deal is... Republic gets to fly those 737s for them.

Besides, I don't think that Chuck Norris would death-kick a company that has "America" in their name and paints their aircraft like the Texas Flag.

here we go again...

whats the pay scale? Capt pay starting at 40k?

And here comes another bottom feeding airline that will just go out of buisness anyways, but in the process damage the entire industry.

Re-regulation anyone?

From what I gathered looking at their amateurish website, the aircraft are actually operated by Miami Air...

That airplane actually starts to look pretty good if you look at it closely.

That is incorrect. First they will hire 300 pilots and then Republic will come in to fly the 737 and put them all out of work.

Ok rough math, approx 180 seats at $9 a piece isnt that $1620. Now I have no idea about 73 fuel burn but that seems like about enough fuel to go from the gate to about 800 ft in newark. Another carrier that lasts till the grants dry up???
