What would you have RAH pilots do?

They can't say NO to flying airplanes, in accordance with their CBA, unless they are willing to lose their jobs. While RAH can't fire the entire airline for refusing to fly the E190, they can and Heller would fire as many pilots as necessary to get those airplanes generating revenue and would likely have a legal right to do so.

Would anybody here really take a stand like that and refuse to fly those airlines, out of principal alone, and risk their livelihood in this economy and job market?

Exactly, they can't fire the entire staff. If I had all my brothers and sisters standing next to me that's exactly what I would do. If I was by myself I'd obviously have to suck it up and fly.

That would be called unity. Its what they should have done when RAH contracted to fly the Midwest flying in the first place.
