I agree with this part of your last post, and I believe you need to read it again as well as your earlier posts which labeled me an "environmentalist with an agenda". Your honey isn't so sweet either.

We shouldn't have to pay people to be good members of society, but if thats what it takes at first, it may be worth it.
The above quote is taken from your post, number 6 on page one. That statement implies an agenda. You have made the determination that recycling is the right thing to do and people who don't recycle are not "good members of society". You further go on to say that maybe it would be worth it to pay people in order to do the "right thing".

Your honey isn't so sweet either.
It may not be sweet, but then again I'm not trying to recruit people into an anti-recycling campaign either.
