4+ legs per day and being excited about it are reserved for those still on probation. Eventually reality hits and you realize there are better ways to make money and flying 6, 1 hour flights is not it. 2 maybe 3 LONG legs that credits 6 or so is perfect.

You sir, are a SICK PUPPY! What can I say, hub turns just don't turn me on any more. I'll take the 2 leg, 6+ hour days, thank you very much! Average here at XJT is 3-4 with 5 being the most.

1 to 2 if you get the long flights which I prefer. Some hate it but the longer the better for me.

Same here. 7 legs will have me wanting alright. Wanting out of the airplane

I love the long flights as well. The paperwork(although there's not really much left) and just up and down nature of multi-leg days definitely increases workload significantly.

That being said, I'll take a 7 leg day in an airplane any day over just about every other job in the world

I don't know guys...I've been off probation for a couple years now, and I bid specifically short-haul -200 trips with 4+ leg days LoL. Of course, I prefer the -700 but hate 2 leg days!

Y'all are just lazy

Had a crew scheduler say, way back when, that "Pilots are like pigeons, they eat a lot, cr*p a lot, and you have to throw rocks at them to make them fly".

I love it! That's like saying............."Old pilots don't die, they just buzz off."

As for the original poster……….on the CR9 I averaged 2. Now that I’m a CA on the EMB I average 4-5. Most of my trips have a few short days with 6 and 7 leg days mixed in, to date I have not done a 8 leg day since upgrading.
