The Q400 is an incredibly smooth and quiet airplane...it literally blew me away my first ride in back. Up front is neat too, but the constant shake found in the yoke would probably drive me bananas.

Just come over to B 59 and we will get you to DRO. Usually not a problem. We ALWAYS try to get the jumpseaters to where they need to go.

From DEN: Mesa DHC-8-200: Should not be restricted much this time of year. SKW: CRJ's. Lynxx: DHC-8-400. List through the Frontier non-rev number.

From PHX: Mesa DHC-8's. Even less likely to be restricted than DEN flights.

Good Luck!

you have 2 other choices as well, FMN or CEZ both are options and are only about an hour away from Durango.

If you talk to someone from QX they'd probably say that. Those Q's are earlier off the line and while their MX puts up a valiant effort, those airframes tend to lean on the POS side depending on their mood. I'd argue that the later ones off the line have been more successfully debugged. Yes, its a big flying computer like any other newer RJ.

And yes, it does have a FADEC, but no auto-throttle.
