Maybe Buddy and his buddies figured out that the smear and disinformation campaign was not working and actually costing them support. When corporate leadership (?) tried to come up with something of substance that would expouse the positive aspects of a non-union property, they simply came up empty. Hence the recent deafening silence which speaks volumes.

As the say in Chicago, vote early and vote often.

There are lots of people who are still on the fence about this issue. It's certainly not unexpected. ALPA is not a FANTASTIC union by any stretch of the imagination ... neither is Teamsters for that matter. But any union is better than no union at all. We need representation as a whole! Don't give in to managements BS letters telling you what "will happen" if you vote in ALPA.

I certainly hope "a lot" of pilots undecided is an overstatement. It is more important now than ever, that we understand how important our decision is. What a failure it would be to allow mistreatment of an entire pilot group to continue. Now is our time to stay positive and keep our fellow pilots informed!

I have no way of backing up if a "lot" is an overstatement, but I hope it is. I merely said that to exaggerate my point to get it across. We need representation to back us up as a whole!

Default here is an idea

if you dont like what colgan is doing to you than quit. thats what i did. but wait...most of you cant. you better not ***** to much. you should be glad that you have a job. look at the auto makers. the unions are shutting them down. what good does better pay and benefits do if it ends up shutting your employer down. there are more effective ways to handle management. the unions are not the way to go. despite the crappy times and colgan, they have managed to keep everyone on board during difficult times. you bring the unions in and that will change.
