The bottom 3 MIA FOs are projected between 30 and 40 hrs. They have flown between 20 and 40 hours so far.

Good to hear that eagle recalled everyone, Congrats to everyone. I do have a question, how will they announce hiring to the public? (IF and WHEN they do start hiring) thanks.

1. question for all the guys in the "hiring pool" have you been able to build time up near 1500? im still shy under that # and ready to shoot myself if I don’t find another job.

Also I’ve herd that guys in the pool will have to re-interview if they decide to bring people in.

2. Is CC the only original person eagle still has in HR? Meaning did eagle let most the hr girls go after they stopped hiring back in early 08?

I just got off the phone with recruiting and she said they'll have class assignments after the new yearand the dates will probaby change

I'm still shy of the 1500 mark...I'm not sure what they are gonna do, we would definitely have to re-interview if called, I wonder if the Jet course would weigh on the decision to give us a call (not b/c we went through it, but b/c they spent money on us) ---BUT probably not

honestly I'm not expecting anything...

I spoke to CC few weeks ago and she told me that people in the "hiring pool" have to re interview if given the chance to because you have to meet their minimums which are going to change. Also she said that the hiring pool does not technically exist because it has been over 6 months since the interview but she said that as long as you kept on flying and builded time (upto the new minimums) you should be able to get the interview. Keyword SHOULD.
Also, I have been instructing since the interview and I am shy of 1500 by about 150. And I am not expecting anything either because I know there are tons of other people out there who are lot more qualified than me to fly in that position.

If you have your paperwork and everything that they ask for in order, do well in the interviews, and pass the sim....if you have the mins, you'll get a job. It's not gonna matter if you have 50,000 hrs or 1,000 hrs. Have your $h!t squared away and you're in there fellas!

Something must be going on. That site was recently updated. A few weeks ago the mins were still the published mins from 07-08. Now there are none, until hiring resumes
