Got the 22". Awesome bag, way better than anything else bar none when you consider durability and $$$.
The 26" is as states above not standard as a carry on, only time as crew you'd have a prob, is on a deadhead or personal travel, you'd have to check it.
I have the 22" and I've packed 2 weeks of stuff, with a pair of shoes as well in the thing. If you pack well, it's a good design, not really any wasted spaces.
DO NOT get the 22" expandable if they still offer it. it is not as durable, and where's feet are placed, it will tip over all the time without anything even attached to it.
MAKE SURE to get the 22" Pilot Plus.
and go onto
Private Stores > CrewDirect - eBags
to get crew prices or just call them and say you're airline crew.

As full as loads (and overhead compartments) are lately, I'd get either the 22" or the 737 Stealth, leaning toward the 737 version. I have the 22, and still have to put it sideways in 737 bins which is an issue when the seats/bins fill up. I'd love to have the extra storage of the 26 considering how full I jam my other one, but it's not worth it to deal with the whole non-legal carryon issue to me.

Mine is 22" and many times I can barely squeeze it into the overhead bin. ...and no, I don't have to sit on it in order to close it.
I jumpseat mainly on SWA, often on AA and CAL and every now and then on DAL. I guess some other airlines must have much larger overhead bins than the ones I usually ride on…
PS. - RJs are actually the best to ride on when it comes to carry-ons as the bag always ends up in the belly meaning I don't have to load it up myself. B737, A320 and MDs in particular are a very different story...

I have both the PNT 22" and 26" Stealth bags. Bought the 26" (brand new) as a new hire not knowing better some time ago. To give you an update on it, it still looks new sitting up there on the top shelf in my closet. On the other hand, my 22" was given to me secondhand by a pilot friend who was leaving the flying biz. It's frayed /dinged / faded, and had seen better days even before I got it. Even so, my good ole 22" is the only bag that ever stays packed and accompanies me on trips. It has always had enough space for the 4-days, and whatever else I need it for. Didn't take me long though to figure out that the less I had to carry around with me, the better. Now its like a game I play to see how much stuff I can leave behind and still have everything I need. Besides, with the old bag I enjoy ROLLIN DIRTY....
Go for the 22"...
