MESABA CrewTrac
#3
They did a software update 2 week-ends ago and that's when all the problems started. I talked to IT and they're aware of the problem but most of the issues lie with Sabre. Sabre has some goofy way of dealing with their clients whereby they'll only deal with the client one at a time. Basically the clients are all in line and sabre will deal with them once the client gets to the top of the list. I guess Mesaba was at the top of the list 2 weeks ago for the update and sabre won't deal with Mesaba again, to address the issues with the update until we get back to the top of the list.
Just use scheduling for all the info you need... like the old days before crewtrac.

If you ask them nicely, they can fax you all the information you need. You can just click on each pairing for your flight times for your logbook. They've faxed pairings, schedules and flight logs to me in the past. If you have an attitude, you won't get far. Be nice, they're just doing their job.
