whats the story on bases, I saw a few weeks back there was speculation on closing salisbury and MDT but I wasn't sure if something new had come up regarding that. I'm interviewing in a week or so and envoy as well so i'm trying to weight my options assuming things go well.

The Federal tax rate is not 25%. It is whatever your overall tax rate ends up for the year. For most FO's that is probably around 15%. It is withheld at 25% but not taxed at that rate.
