Whay I'm trying to say is that advertising is based on semantics, and they can twist anything to mean anything. So new hires, disgruntled employees, and others would do well to understand the fine print that goes along with an airline pay-scale.

Anybody know what the PDT minimum monthly guarantee is? Not in the profile or on their site.

Roa will only be mx. But it's not scheduled to close until 2018. And dca is going to PSA. We may have a footprint in Dca, but it's going to PSA.

I guess my question at this point boils down to are we going to ultimately only have PHL as a crew base? (which I find an unlikely scenario).

The letter essentially says we are to become a hub-based jet regional carrier. Outstation crew bases phased out. So...PHL and anything else???

There will be another hub base. Notice how the letter said only 100/200 departures will be from PHL. the other half of our flying will service another hub.

Wouldn't the other half be from the outstations? I took it as PHL would be the only flying.

That's pretty much how I took it as well, though the verbiage is a bit ambiguous on that.

PSA has CLT and maybe also DCA for hubs, ENY has DFW, ORD, and soon LGA I think it is.

Just PHL for little ol' Piedmont! I'd even settle for some CLT action!

Not arguing, just surprised b/c I though all the WOs were aligned with pay. Surprised that Piedmont was higher, even by a little bit. Back to the drawing board for me.
