I agree with that 100% in regards to the old timers and I apologize for not clarifying myself. I doubt Lvl4speed is in that group, however, so I'm just calling a spade a spade. He says he would be content with spending his career at PDT so I'm calling BS.

be content where ever anyone is happy to be, I don't have a problem with that. but pdt, psa and envoy only have an avenue to aa without much work except getting hired at one of the w/o's, period. that is all they offer. pay benefits, schedules are the pits compared to others.

before aag I was 18-19 days off commutable 3 days 90+ hour line, now we are at 12 days off half non commutable and average 75 hours pay, in other words we work more for less now.

the flow will not help to fill open slots for new hires, they have had to revert to 5k, 10k, 15k bonus money just to come to the w/o's and they have a flow. the non w/o's have larger array of bases and more money and benefits this includes RAH.

so, I don't care which w/o's is better, aag does not care, just work cheap is all they care. so if someone has been upset sorry, I don't even recommend anyone to come here where I work.

so who cares, it is an individual choice, I just don't like people making things look like they won the lottery if you come to one of the w/o's because it is not winning the lottery, its enslaved employment.

If someone is going to come on here and say that they would be content at staying at PDT for the rest of their career then it shows their cluelessness at the entire industry as a whole. Either that or they are content with selling themselves short, in which case I hope I never have anything to do with said individual.
What the f.... is wrong with you child? Stop judging people, you never walked in their shoes.

Hey if you are calling near 100k sub-par wages then you are the type that will never be happy. I honestly enjoy it here. Do we have our issues, sure, but the good has always outweighed the bad FOR ME. If you don't like to hear about any positives at another regional...STAY OUT of this discussion. You have zero value to add to anything here.

My schedule for next month will be markedly better.

The pay needs to change but with this triple premium there is gobs of money to be made. I am hopeful that the wholly owns will be competitive in pay shortly. It is a bit annoying when Parker says we have the best employees and we pay them the best.

I really do enjoy the people I work with. I enjoy my time here emensely.

Hear Envoy and PSA are raising pay to some of the highest in the industry. Is it likely PDT will also be coming out with new rates? I would imagine this would be for all WO'ds.

well actually they are not increasing pay. what I can tell and it is still to be made public, first, all w/o's have 4/12 year pay caps if I am not wrong. Max pay rate for f/o is 4th year pay and max for captain is 12 year pay.

what aag is doing is taking all f/o's on property to fourth year pay, new hires I believe also, other than some bonus money such as, new hire 15k plus 5k for crj type or 20k for current on property f/o's, that's really it.

But no pay rate increase in the cba. everyone starts at 4 yr pay and stays there until upgrading or leaving for elsewhere.

Capt, 7.5k bonus over 3 payments

As far as I have seen, NO QOL changes for the better.
