Definitely a die off the last couple months. But again, every regional is having trouble filling classes. Some are having more trouble than others though.
May I ask why you're wondering? It's interesting to see what prospective employees are worried about, if that's the case

From a potential new hire's perspective, the more pilots I see coming to PDT means growth/movement. If more people are coming, then it will keep things running smoothly, I guess. Plus with new planes coming, it's reassuring to know their will be pilots to fill those seats.

They're probably not too worried about staffing yet given how much open time is getting picked up. It's cheaper to pay pilots a little extra to surge than it is to bring more on property in the long run. Eventually they're going to have to do more to recruit more applicants, but as long as dudes are willing to bend over for extra flights they're not going to feel any big rush.
