3. Same goes for the jets
4. And of course the schedule/QOL which will hopefully be somewhat solved by FLICA

Some other regionals now also offer quicker upgrades

Not everyone's chasing after the flow especially in the near future, the majors will start hiring like crazy.

Don't even have brand new jets like PSA/Envoy to attract "those" pilots

We have a lot of work to be done. I really hope piedmont will step up to the game at least on the management side Counting on you LH
Every wholly owned will do the SAME thing. When staffing starts going negative at one or two of the airlines then they will fix it. Until LOTS of flight are cx'd due to staffing and they can't cover it up anymore THEN pay will change. And it will. Just time until it happens

Anyone care to share typical line for sby? Curious if they are more more trips or out and backs. Asking more for a junior line holder. Thanks!

Is the DHC-8 capable of taking a jump seater, or are the flights weight restricted? Short flight, VFR conditions with 34 pax. Thx

Our 100 are always weight restricted unless very low on bags and with a few kids even in vfr.

300 can take a JS with no problem.
