How many were in new hire class last week? Envoy had 4, not sure how many at PSA, but it wasn't good.
I think it's time for the WO's to put the past in the past and come together to use our collective leverage. If all of us keep getting single digit class sizes, things will improve sooner than later.

Interviewing Wednesday. I'll post any info I find. Sounds like 2 classes per month, but I never asked about class size.

I heard only 2 showed to the last NH class so it was cxld.
Like I said, across the board industry leading pay scales is our best chance at improving the staffing situation. The cadet programs and the 10k bonus is too little too late. Fixing the scales will improve things overnight and give this pilot group a much needed morale boost.
Our NC is in a reorganization phase right now, but once they are ready this should be at the top of their priority list. No more bonuses, and special handouts like the referral bonus. The changes must benefit the entire group.

I hope I start flying soon. I heard all pilots been working their butts off and I can't even get a call on reserve. All this waiting around and making no money is killing me. My reality and what I have been told about the work isn't matching yet.... I will be lucky to even break mins this month.

life of leisure..
If you want to work.. call everyday and say I am available willing to volunteer for anything.. also look at the list of open time.. there is quite a bit up for the rest month... see what you can pick up.
apparently by next month the FO shortage is going to stabilize... but the CA is going to continue..
