How many hours are junior FO's crediting per month?

My question is really, what is a realistic monthly salary. I am trying to see if I can afford to take a pay cut.

Our lines are credited 80-85 hours with minimal rsv time. You can expect Avg of 90 hours a month with opportunity to credit more if you so choose.

Instead of paying people 3x premium they could have introduced industry leading pay scales and saved money while simultaneously helping the staffing problem.

Something like:
145 CA pay
1st yr- $75/hr
6th yr- $90/hr
12th yr- $115/hr

F/O
1st-$40/hr
4th-$55/hr

It would've retained some of the senior captains who they need as instructors while lowering the time to flow and further helping recruitment.

These signing/and pilot poaching bonuses are band aids. An industry leading pay scale would go a long way to fixing this airline.

No way AA would do that.

They are going to have to do something.. Unfortunately the going rate for an atp pilot will have to be 50 an hour to sit in the right seat and 100 in the left seat. Supply and demand.. That's all it is..

We're so short on pilots.. And so is everyone else..

This next year is going to be interesting..

I don't think they will increase the hourly rate. Instead they will offer bonuses for the seat positions that are in demand until such time as they feel they can retract them.

Default Dash 8 Cockpits

Do all of the Dash 8's at Piedmont have a first generation EFIS?
