Any idea what they look like line credit wise, days off etc.?

Is the dash benefiting from PHL basing with the schedule or is it still the pain train?

I could drive to SBY or MDT once I started, but if the schedule is significantly better I would probably just try to commute to PHL for the increased quality of life. If I have the flow to fall back on, I really wouldn't care about racking up the flight hours at the sacrifice of QOL.

You should still be going to job fairs. The flow isn't a guarantee.

Yeah man go for it lol. You get what im saying though. The flow is as much of a garuntee as it can be. Everybody has already argued about that enough.

Any SBY FOs here care to comment on how many credit hours they are getting per month? SBY would be where I'd like to be since I'm from there and can literally walk to the airport from my parents house!

How fast will the flow be if PDT only has 2 people per class show up? Isn't the flow time projection based on growth?

I'm genuinely curious how big your seniority list is currently and how many are flowing per month.

The flow is based on the number of pilots on the list. Next month we will be up to 4 a month. And no they are not having trouble hiring. The bonus for 121 will help as well. The flow goes up to 5 at 600.

some of the individual trips are better as far as commute able, but the lines are pretty much the same garbage, mostly min day off lines with a few 12 and maybe a couple 13
blocking in low/mid 80's

The flow is a wonderful thing if you think it will be there the 5+ years a newbie will have to wait to flow. Just remember-its going to be 5+ years with basically 11 days off a month flying 3-6 legs a day on average. Not the worst thing imaginable but not a winning lottery ticket either. Probably the same at PSA/Envoy-I have no idea.

Nah, I've been at PSA a year and a few months now. I caught our hiring wave right in the middle. I'm a round 1 line holder. February I credited almost 100 hours with 12 hard days off and 14 nights home. March I'm crediting 80 hours with 16 days off. It seems of the AAG wholly owneds, PSA has by far the best schedule possibilities because of our SAP. But even when I was a round 2 line holder, I would still credit 85 hours with 11 or 12 days off and all my trips were commutable.

I'm not so sure that those new hire bonuses are going to do that much to attract people to the wholly owneds. Our pay is still some of the worst in the industry.
