PDT is upgrading guys extremely quickly. There's not much of a need for FO retention bonuses if an FO upgrades in five months.

Potentially. It hasn't been too bad...but at this point the company needs to retain as many pilots as possible for additional flying. Take that for what it's worth.

You have 1 year or less upgrades. No need for retention $$$ like Envoy. We have 7-8 year FO's still that are ready to quit everyday. Big difference.

Guys with prior 121 are upgrading in five months.
Guys with prior 121 are getting an extra $10k in bonuses.

Prior 121 pilots are reaping all the benefits. What about guys without prior 121? the majority of new hire classes are not coming from another regional.

I understand this is a move to steal pilots from contract carriers and bring all the flying to the WOs, but it completely neglects the majority of the guys PDT is hiring at the moment
