It's insane. Any other regional I'd be enteral ca rsv. Now I'm top 1/3 in base. How bad this place was only a few years ago to now is mind blowing. Finally what my profs in undergrad preached back in 05 is happening.

All new hires go to the dash, and the most junior base is Salisbury, but you can expect to get almost any base you want within a few months

FOs are getting nearly any base desired once out of training. Most junior PHL FO is a Sept. hire.

You'd be smart to do the math yourself based on the number of pilots currently on property and not the projections.
