8 FOs and 8 CAs a month. That's close to 200 pilots by the end of 2016.

I agree, and with it taking close to 4-5 months to get someone through training, might be a bit longer!!!

That was only for the ERJ, the Dash bid will come out in a few days. Imagine they want to see where people leave from so they can fill in the gaps.

Hi guys and gals. Long time reader, first time poster. I'm planning to apply to PDT in Feb and was wondering if someone would be kind enough to pass along a copy of an example schedule and bid packet preferably for PHL or SBY? But, any other base will do.

Also, anyone know:
(a) how long it might take to get a call upon application? I have approximately 3500 TT, 2000 121, 1000 heavy jet
(b) any captain awards in new hire class? (only curious as I will need some significant time on the line before I'll feel comfortable upgrading)
(c) day trips out of PHL?
(d) still doing the crew meal thing?
(e) details on the ATP/CTP program, particularly does PDT pay while in that part of training?
(f) status on any classes for March?

Looking forward to getting back into flying, hopefully at PDT.

Thanks!

I don't think you have to worry about an upgrade if you don't bid for it. Lot's of guys don't always upgrade at the first opportunity. Just make sure your bid for seat position and base reflects what you want.

One must bid the left seat, I realize. Wondering if those younglings that bid the left seat were getting awarded it in training, I was.

People have posted in this thread that some have been, as well as the most jr hire dates of Captains in every base. Should only be a few pages back
