I have the 1000 121 SIC time. I'm assuming one would get the Dash as a new hire, but any indication how long it could take to get the jet as CA? Thoughts on it going junior or senior?

Everything is going to go jr... But I think the plan is to staff the jet with current line pilots. But I'm sure that will change.. Not sure when.. But we're going to have almost 200 pilots on the jet by end of year plus we need about 350 pilots on the dash..

You could SBY by the time you finish training. MDT probably 6 months after training. But as the 145's come its going to get crazy. If youre thinking about switching do it now. Every month you wait is another few months to flow to AA.

Not right now. That will obviously change. But if seniority means anything to you...well then you wont worry about which future bud light can you fly to start.

Oh wow. Is this pretty normal for pdt or has there been some difficulties in recruiting new hires?
