Nice try but we really aren't that desperate. Classes of 20+ per month are the norm now which is just what we need. You can take your fences back to Home Depot because they won't be needed. You seem to have a lot of conspiracy theories...

Don't think there's a massive amount of desperation when the new hire classes have been full for several months now. I would more describe it as trying to keep the momentum going.

It is a different scale:
FO - $24.24, 35.16, 38.14, 39.49
CA - $57.86, 62.68, 63.82, 68.52...year 12 is currently 86.14.
You go to the next yearly step on the paycheck after your hire date. Rates increase every year on April 1 as well.

So here's a basic question about pay rates. When one upgrades to captain in their second year of service, do they get paid at captain year 1 rate or year 2 rate?
