Another note: when one of my immediate family became very Ill in a foreign Country last year, guess what this company did for me. They brought my entire family tickets to/from to visit her. So yeah, this is a pretty good company if you ask me.

I think one of the bigger deal along with the benefits is the 4 hotels each month. I live in base but it's kind nice to see my FO call the company and say I need a hotel for tonight and it's done that easy. That's saving guys at least over 200 dollars a month.

Ultimately, it's always about supply and demand. Regionals and others will continue to offer these "bennies" to attract the shrinking pool of applicants. We may even soon see foreign pilots getting work visas since there will be no qualified U.S. citizens to fill the slots.

It looks like PDT is a good option at the moment given upgrade and flow thru opportuntities, especially for a young applicant.

Your management promised you guys ERJ-170/175 and now youre getting ERJ-145 and will fly them for Dash8 pay scale.. Let's compare

What's your 401K match?
Duty and Trip Rigs?
We have the most air tight iron clad flow agreement. Ever. Seriously. They can stop PSA's and Envoys for various reasons. Can't stop ours. Ever. No matter what. Flowing 5 this month, 5 the next and 5 the next.

401k...
Defined contribution of 1%
Then match up to 50% of 12%.

Also half of our list still has a real pension on top of that.

Rigs?
4.0hr min day.

Also, we all knew it was about 50 seat jets and that's what our negotiating committee told us. Our dash 300 ca rate tops at 97/hr.

Also the best vacation in the industry.

Hilarious so many people think we have a crap contract and how many people have no idea what an LOA is. Anywho...

PDT is a very small airline but was a very senior one. We've had recent guys flow with about 20 something years seniority. By the end of this year it will be 14-15 years seniority folks and then it will start dropping fast.

After AAG increased there first year pay more and more senior folks are taking the flow. We are starting to run out of those super senior guys. The ones staying now usually have less then 5 years left or live in base and enjoy what they make and there vacation slots.

So longevity will vary but it's going to really drop by the middle of next year for sure.

How can they stop envoys flow whenever they want, yet PDT's is so "iron clad?" Yet again, you're making shlt up.

Actually it's called Contract Language. The only way to stop the flow at PDT is to not have a new hire class at American is what I understand.

Envoy gets 175's and Piedmont gets a 'iron clad' flow.
