Major airlines are knocking down the doors to hire Pdt pilots let me tell you

Hate to break it to you but when PSA, Piedmont, and Envoy start canceling flights because they can't get pilots AA will find a way to stop or delay flow agreements. PSA is already doing so, they can hold pilots hired by AA till the end of the year. Besides flow Piedmont does not offer anything special, sorry buddy! Your management promised you guys ERJ-170/175 and now youre getting ERJ-145 and will fly them for Dash8 pay scale.. Let's compare

Hate to break it you but look at the contract carriers then ask would you rather be there or a wholly owned? There was a time a Wholly owned wasn't a place to be but now it's changed.
You stay at your airline and be happy and allow Piedmont to enjoy something that has been long coming. We have MOVEMENT!!!!

One Major isn't knocking there just opening the door and saying, "come on in and join the party!!" Actually 15 over the next 3 months are joining the party.

Attrition at Mesa is 1-2 captains a month. We have 1200*ish pilots.

Pdt has 3 a month minimum now. And if it was mesa's size current size it would be 9-10 a month.

Call the flow whatever you want but it creates movement. Doesnt mean you cant upgrade, make more money, and have better bennies while still applying to the other big two.

Believe what you want to believe about pdt...but here are a few facts:

1. Upgrade now is down to 1.5 year
2. Flowing min 36 pilots to AAG, goes to 48 by early next year.
3. Min of 20 145s
4. Hub base for dashs and 145s starting Jan 1.
5. Great vacation bidding.
6. Cheap health care coverage.
7. 4 commuter hotels a month in base.
8. AAG travel benifit for entire family.
9. Crew meals, can't leave this out.

I have to be honest, I haven't been applying to any LCC carrier. Most of us that are within 2 year of the flow simply doesn't want to go to a LCC just to apply to the legacy again.
