So true! Just think 2 years ago I wouldn't suggest ANYONE come here and in fact I was telling junior FO's that they might want to start looking for a place with a good contract and a faster upgrade.

Guess what?? We've become that airline. So nice to see those that stuck this place out being rewarded.

Thanks to the Piedmont gate agent that closed the flight 12 minutes early and refused to check me in to a flight.

Actually it would've been 2 minutes early. Flights suppose to be closed 10 minutes prior. Sorry to hear this. Welcome to the suck.

Sorry to hear, unfortunately there's always that 5 %. Best way to get on is to get attention of the crew. I had told the agent a few times to go back inside because there's crew member or passenger by the podium.

I'm hearing the upgrade times are officially under 1.5 years at Piedmont. I'd guess not everyone will have 1000 hours 121 time when their seniority comes up, pushing the upgrade time even lower.
