Where will the ERJs primarily fly? Northeast/Midatlantic? Basically the current PDT route structure or will they add new routes further West? Which pilot bases will get them? Will Dashes be retired as the ERJs arrive?
Also, when will we see them at HXD?

The 145's are being added to the total fleet; the dashes are staying for about the next 3 years. The jets are going to have at least 1 new hub base, no word if any of them will be at the current bases. Rumor has it that PHL and DCA are top contenders for 145 bases. Upgrade times will drop significantly as the 145's arrive. 20 jets= 200 pilots= 100 captains... currently there are only 200 FO's on the seniority list, so half will need to be upgraded just to staff the 145's. Movement on the FO seniority list should be great as the jets arrive... Upgrade times are estimated to come down to about 18 months give or take. The flow is going strong at 3 per month, and will increase to 4 per month as staffing increases. Overall it's a good time to come onboard right now, before the main hiring for the jets really ramps up... getting in and getting ahead of those 200 new hires is a big deal. Also, the contract is solid and there is a 5k signing bonus plus pay for the ATP CTP if you need it. PM me if you have any questions.
