2015 PDT F/O jet rates

First year pay on the dash is higher ($28.87). The jet is slightly higher from then on.

F/Os that start on the Dash will be seat locked for 2 years though.

Were the predictions that the first 100 or so would bypass the flow true? It would be tough leaving your based-at-home lifestyle to commute, Piedmont has some nice domiciles that are certainly worth living in. I always liked Roanoke! Cool town.
