Ok, so year 4 is 3 dollars more. I'm not planning to be an FO by year 8, so anything past 4 is moot. Capt/LCC/Or Mainline by then for me. You are still subsidizing your captains across all acft types with $22 starting pay. It's not just you, it's a problem across board in year 1, even mainline.

This is E135/145/175

FO rates same as Envoy through year 4, except year 1 is 24. Anything above 12/4 is grandfathered at actual longevity and capped there. Those scales not published yet.

Not too risky, as we will prob get 145s or nothing. Plus, you are in the big leagues now, so you can repay yourself quickly should you lose.

I would highly doubt E-145s. The days of the 50 seat RJs are nearing their end, as they're just not economical anymore.
