Your LOA is crap. Just as the envoy AIP was crap. Jus as the PSA deal IS crap. Just as the envoy "B Scale" was crap. No one can tell you guys how to for but yourselves. What is true is that PDT is the last whipsaw of the wholly owned regionals. A no vote from you guys could serve a spring board to completely restructure ALPA and abandon this failed PATTERN BARGAINING. A YES vote perpetuates the whipsaw, the regional model, maintains the status quo, and sets us up for a monster merger.
The choice is yours now.

PDT pilots are being told they'll be at mainline in 5 years when in reality it will be closer to 8-10 years. Don't fool yourself. Piedmont pilots are smarter than that.
BilliHo is all in for this so he can get his big $ bonus $ for pushing this trough. How about you tell us who you really are??

And just for giggles the person that had no clue about what's going on at the PDT training Dept. that said they didn't have classes going. Sept has two classes of 22 people that will be going through. Guess people are actually wanting to go there again.

Obviously I would say it, and we would have to agree to disagree. Wouldn't that be the professional thing to do? Unionism doesn't give you a free pass to be a thug or a bully. I'm in DCA, CRW, and PHL this weekend, in that order, if you want to debate. It appears you are MIA based, perhaps we could chat there. My wife would enjoy a FL vacation, it's starting to cool off at home.

Well, Envoy was originally offered the current PSA disaster.
When they came back they offered, among other things:
Fleet guarantee of 170 aircraft minimum.
Enhanced flow through (no interview) to AA for everyone including future new hires.
The FIRST 60 E-175s purchased from the factory plus the next 90 options. Any E-175s acquired from any other source than the factory would not have counted toward the 60+90 numbers.
A 4/12 pay cap that was staggered over the next few years instead of taking effect right away. Anybody outside of the 4/12 would not have a snap back.
That is just for starters. There was more but they absolutely improved their offer for Envoy.
In regards to Piedmont, it's like I said before: Their biggest asset is their pilots. At the end of the day AA needs those pilots regardless of which aircraft they are flying. In other words: Piedmont is NOT going anywhere regardless of how you vote. Just as Envoy IS NOT going anywhere.
A NO vote by Piedmont may, JUST MAY put both airlines (Piedmont and Envoy) back in the driver's seat and bring enhanced contract proposals. On the other hand, a YES vote by Piedmont would just drag out these horrible PSA style contracts for the next decade.
