Pdt pilots. I know this TA looks like the best thing for you folks since you were all screwed over in the jfj scam. But, you should all realize that it is the same scam. The flow or whatever you might get is called is just a carrot at the end of a very long string that is almost unattainable. Ask any eagle/ envoy pilot how that worked over our 16 year deal. Then ask psa( your very dear friends) how it is working for them.
You will be getting jets. Right now about 10 of them are just sitting down in SJT. Do not fear the glass. Your planes will be replaced and you will have jets. If we all don't stop this ridiculous race to the bottom, who will? Don't forget AAg just made $1.5 billion in the first 3 months. There is no reason for this concession grab other than corporate greed.
Did you also notice your healthcare premiums will double within 4-5 years? That in effect lower your wage even further. At least it will make public assistance forms easier to fill out.
Stay the course. We are professionals and should be paid as such. The employee at McDonalds should not make what you do. Call the bluff. You will not get comaired or envoyed. Stand up to glass and parker. Isolate your dear friends at psa. In the end you will have a contract and jets.

Another thought....
Why go to PDT now? Why leave them at the end, after Envoy said no, PSA said yes, envoy MEC said no and Envoy pilots Said no again?
4 rounds of negotiations, only PSA went for it. They are playing you, they are using PDT as a leave rage against Envoy. It won't surprise me if you his vote yes, then they will come back to Envoy for more whipsaw.
Why would they state in PDT TA, "If E175 are placed in PDT"?

So now, bankruptcy solved (thanks to a merger), a new management group makes you an offer for an air force of planes, and you turn it down multiple times after a TA was originally reached. Unfortunately, Human nature takes over and says "I'll show you what happens when you are indecisive, ungrateful, and abrasive." ,Planes then go to a non-wholly owned and offers are made elsewhere. Retaliation, from a bad first impression. Its not rocket science, your AAG parents just think you are getting too big for your britches.
Ahh, I see now... So you believe flight crews should have to take concessions to bring new larger more efficient aircraft that are needed and wanted by management?

Not necessarily. I am just a realist, with a background outside of flying that has taught me not to play with fire. Too much drama and needless distraction over this. I'll take my chances with this TA and we shall see I suppose.

Well I did get a little angry for a moment there. Good eye kid. Good eye. Yes it's true and I've heard the sentiment I spoke of, several times now. The rest is open to speculation, but again, don't play with fire my friends.

Absolutely... So everybody should just grab your ankles, bend over and take whatever offer management shoves down your throat! Don't even try to negotiate, you'll just upset those at the top if you even try to slow their ever increasing pay and bonuses as a reward for getting concessions from you!!
