Cujo, just for clarification, what exactly do those numbers represent?

Our retirement is split between pilots hired before 2002 that are on the defined benefit plan (pension) and those hired after 2002 that cannot participate in the plan. Those pilots hired after 2002 get a "free" 1% 401k contribution from the company whether they contribute to their 401k or not. The thing that would change with this LOA and the introduction of jet aircraft is a cap at 9+ years, and a freeze at current rates for anyone above that level.

I'm all for it. How do you suggest going about this when PSA has already caved and Envoy leadership is prepared to accept 12/4 with 3 year pay freezes.

Here's your problem: Most PDT pilots don't know or follow/care/believe these forums. Most have little idea how others vote or they don't care. What they do know, all too well, is their history of been left out and neglected for a long time. "Oh it's just PDT and and their dying planes and that @$!# training department, I would never go there". Now you all come to us and want us to join you in your crusade? We will vote what we feel is best. Early estimates have it at least 65-75 percent in favor, possibly as high as 80 percent. What if it's 51/50?

12/4 had snap backs if less than 360 flowed to AA each year, and new hires could elect 18-8 with no flow ever, or 12-4 with flow. A $10,000 signing bonus, and 1.5% raises each year. The company rejected our offer.
Whomever told you otherwise, lied.
