Piedmont was once the #1 Regional Carrier. There 20 year old contract is still way ahead of many others today. It was actually one of the first Regionals that people made a career of.
Probably one of the few with a Retirement also. Well for half of them after it was taken away for newbies after Chp. 11.

Well of course, but I would like to know a few of the bullet points that benefit pilots. Can you supply the main ones?

Flow and a future, that's about it. No one said it was a good TA. Many think it's better than being on the street though.

Well flow benefits the company, not the pilots. Not sure what you mean about a future.

I'm asking what are you gaining by signing the letter in this negotiation?

So was being collaborators instead prisoners for a piece of bread crumb in WW2 in the end your life was no better than the prisoners but they all knew you.

100% correct. Flow is a red herring and will be absolutely unnecessary in the coming years. Commutair got a raise to fly smaller ac don't take a cut to fly larger ones.
