You could Double our insurance and it would still be cheaper then almost every regional out there.

Actually EGL is not way more senior. % wish I'd guarantee you that piedmont is as senior or more the eagle.

It isn't just Enviy that voted no. RAH, EXJ have held the line as well. You guys can do better.

What the hell are you talking about? We are flowing 20 not 30 and we have over 2500 pilots left. Can you do math? Divide 2500 by 20 and see how long that takes.. Its over 10 years to get to everyone. If we shut down or someone like PDT or PSA takes over our Aircraft, our flow is dead if we don't exist. So no its not just an "easy" vote. Plus the flow can stop at any time, just like it has in the past. Currently 18yr guys are flowing. They have been waiting for an eternity.

Hahahhaha oh ya thanks rah for holding the line! Bahahaaha they created the line, the very bottom of it. They fly 76+ plus seat aircraft for dog food because of sjs, worst contract in the industry and we're supposed to look up to them for holding the line?? Are you f'ing kidding me? Without severe sjs that place would've shut down years ago due to lack of pilots cause no one on the planet would fly for them, but damn those things are fancy.

Percent in fairly meaningless when you are talking about one company that is a fraction of the size of the other. Here's what I'm getting at...

Looking at the latest seniority list, as of today- 8/29/14 at EGL there are:

2535 pilots on the list.

1072 pilots with 10 years or more.
612 pilots with 15 years or more
216 pilots with 20 years or more
143 pilots with 25 years or more
15 pilots with 30 years or more

huh, now I'm just depressed. If you can beat that, well, I kinda feel sorry for you.

Here's another fun fact. The dividing line between build up and holding a CA hard line in MDT is a 1992 hire date

I don't know much about PDT, was it a good company before? It seems like guys with 35 years there have had multiple opportunities to move on to bigger and better things.
