AAG is doing what it was going to do whether envoy pilots voted yes or no.

Transfer flying in 120 days? Didn't psa fall for "we'll transfer your flying in 4 weeks?" Typical management scare tactics. Bargaining 101

Doesn't matter if it's a Envoy Thread. This will pass. They are flowing at 30 a month. We shut down we are working on finding a job. Easy to vote no for them. If the flow wasn't in place I'd be curious how it would've turned out. I remember a bunch of Eagle guys saying, "screw it I'll just flow." We don't have that option.

It will pass. I don't believe that the folks at the end of their career will let us die on principle. The group in the middle of the list will vote for flow. There are also grievances to be settled. They are not going to risk having to interview somewhere else and they sure don't want a merger if they can help it. They've been there, done that, so if they can put a merger off he table a little longer with a yes vote, they will.

Yep. Eagle guys talk tough but the majority of their movement is guaranteed hiring. Without that movement they would be furloughing as the airplanes get parked.

I had a PDT guy on our jumpseat, he was a 7 year F/O. I had no idea the upgrade was so long there. I thought it was similar to CommutAir, etc., 1-2 years. A lot of guys have a lot of time invested in that place, with no end game.

The commuters suck. This is one (small) reason why. Get in, get out. It's not your job to make them a career destination for the people who refuse to get a 4-year, update their logbook, present themselves professionally and take an interview prep course.

12/4... 20/4 (which is what is in place at my company)... it's all BS. We have all ready given up to too much, especially in the way of compensation (paid only when the door is closed, benefits, scheduling/days off, reserve rules)... we all have to stand together to continuously say NO until an appropriate package is presented to us that is worthy of the ENTIRE pilot groups' time, effort, and sacrifice. Fool me once, shame on you.... fool me twice (3,4,5....)... well you know the rest!

The 12/4 depends on top outs? Parker doesn't want anyone at a WO for 12 years.
Where's ALPA??? Why are people applying to PSA? I won't be falling on my sword for this crap. Eagle guys are flowing. They had a get out of jail free card. We don't ..."

It's my belief that the pay caps are non-negotiable. We have some sharp cats on our NC. If there was any improvement to be gained, they would have found a way. Face it, it would have made the TA that much more appealing in a vote. Since the caps are already in place at several other carriers, we have only a certain framework to bargain within. Keep saying no and they will move along and keep working with the carriers that have that agreement. Unfortunately that is reality and at some point you have to accept it.

One seniority list for the 5 airlines would solve the issues that both sides have.
