Do you know what they are paying compass, doubt it. They tell you it is lower, well if it was and is why only 20 e175's at compass when 2015 has 24 deliveries, why no place all go the 60 at compass if it is low ball. You being played as was PSA. Remember if the flow is to work as they say then why do they want a 12/4 pay cap since no one would be maxing out on them since they would all flow.
Just some point to ponder.

So Envoy is not shrinking?
PSA is not filling classes?
170s are not going to Compass?
What exactly am I wrong about? Why can't you guys just admit you made a gamble and we lost. I understand the senior guys will protect their pay, I don't blame them, but why won't anyone admit we screwed over the FOs to protect them?
None of this would bother me if people were just honest. Making all these decisions under the guise of "standing up for the industry" is disingenuous and sad.

And what is the pilots' insurance? Oh! That's right! If there is an economic down turn they're just simply SOL with a 12/4 cap! Brilliant!

Thanks copy copy. Seems as though AAG should have insurance and screw the employees. Better no than dead. Sorry bzzt the MEC did great. Let AAG go fly a kite, we have a contract good for 6 more years. AAG/AMR could have place e175's here with our current contract and paid CRJ rates for the e jets for four years they chose to go after our contract instead and AAG act more everyday like a child having a tantrum.
Walmart Doug and dollar store Kirby could not run an airline period. They will find out soon.

You will get 12/4 caps forced on you if either of those events happen anyway. Your contract is no protection. Sorry guys this is the US, the deck is stacked against you.

If memory serves, wasn't that supposed to happen? Wasn't part of the deal with your current post bankruptcy concessionary agreement that the jets would come to Envoy?
