I'm looking at the pay rates here on APC and assuming they're correct your numbers don't add up. The captain pay you reference is listed in the 70s and eagles 18 year pay is much higher than that. Your FO scale tops out at 41 and eagle's tops at 42. If you're referencing the SAP thing I can't really comment since I don't know how that works but it's worth noting eagle offers premium pay for OT almost every day of the month at current staffing levels.
All regionals are bad, I'm not saying eagle is a great place to work or that PSA is necessarily bad. What I am saying is at least argue with facts.

PSA pilots fly the CRJ 200,700,900 for the same cheap rate as the CRJ200. That's why I said send Eagle 700 to psa since they wont ask for more money to fly bigger airplanes... 
Give us the Eagle 700s, I guarantee you we wont fly them for Dash 8 rates
We wont undercut I brothers the way PSA did to piedmont for the original crj200.

Why is everybody so hung up on rates? Every contract carrier has pros and cons and to just argue about rates is silly.
But here are some rate facts comparing Piedmont and PSA FO rates. I saw an article several years ago and the discussion is still on APC if you wanna google it about comparing first year and 3rd year FO pay at regionals. It stated Piedmont was one of the highest starting pays but after 3 years was average in comparison to total compensation to all regionals. So I did some math and took the rates on APC and figured min guarantee for 3 years at the APC rate. A PDT FO will make $25,200 his first year and $86,400 at min guarantee for 3 years. A PSA FO will make $21,600 his first year and $85,500 at min guarantee for 3 years. So pretty much all things are equal in regards to FO pay rates.
Now I agree that our CA rates are lower but we do fly a smaller plane and the industry has shown you should get paid more to fly bigger equipment. Every mainline contract is like that.
However I'm content with PDT because we have some other areas where we get good soft money. We have a decent company matching contribution to your 401K. We have a min day guarantee of 4hrs if I go to work. We pay very little for our health insurance. Lineholders and Reserves get cancellation and extension pay. We have a great vacation policy that benefits you if you want to maximize your vacation pay credit or maximize your time off. Is there room for improvement? Of course but so is every regional contract.

Give us the Eagle 700s, I guarantee you we wont fly them for Dash 8 rates We wont undercut I brothers the way PSA did to piedmont for the original crj200.That being said if AAG negotiates some deal with Piedmont in the meetings on May 5th or whenever I would then expect AAG to come out with a negative announcement in regards to Envoy that coincides closely with the close date of any PDT vote in order to instill some fear to coax a yes out of Piedmont.
Hopefully since all the hoopla that went on with RAH/XJT/Eagle no votes Piedmont can get something a little better than the **** sandwich Eagle voted no to and the turd burger that we took in the face.
