100 billion dollars
Pdt has the best health benefit package out of all the regionals, even better than some of the LCC. HUB bases are a given with large jets. Don't touch my Premium, Give me 12 days off MIN, 100% cancelation pay, Give me short call and long call, PSA 900 rates with A 3% year over year pay increase and a 5 year contract Flow through where the entire seniority list will be at mainline within 5 years of signing the deal. So 3 years as an FO 2 Years as a captain, then FLOW. If anyone wants to fly for AA then they have to go through EAGLE/PDT.

Lets not forget their MEC Chairman Tony signed off on a B scale along with their NC.... A pay cap isn't nearly the same as what that guy nearly did to this situation.... But hey he's the same guy who thinks AE flows, or the 200 guys, should go above all Airways pilots.... And all Airways guys should be stapled... Yes direct words over breakfast in Herndon.... Maybe next time he should use caution in saying such as there might be guys going to Airways in a room.....

Additionally I don't think you or most here understand how much longevity senior Piedmont pilots have. That's why PSA and Piedmont would never happen. It would be a bloodbath.
Eagle and Piedmont will never happen either.
You cannot take an airline without a future, that was part of a bankrupt company that was bought out, that is operating under a concessionary TA, that is hemorrhaging money in comparison to PSA and Piedmont, was staffed to about 13 pilots per airplane vs 8 or so at Piedmont, and try and integrate the seniority list.
It does not benefit a single pilot at Piedmont. They already have a program to go to mainline of the same ratio of pilots as at Eagle.
If I was a Piedmont pilot the word flow through should mean nothing. Seniority number like the guys at Compass have gotten despite being held on their flow through.
Seniority Number or get lost.

Hey mannnn, put down the pipe. The US AIRWAYS side of the house is running more new hires. Piedmont pilots need a seniority number. Your Eagle flow through is being metered to 15 a month, and that's only to American. Piedmont has US AIRWAYS and successorship. Stop thinking Eagle is the only game in town, and that your agreement would make another one null. See the world for what it is, not for what you think it owes you.

As we all know the Eagle MEC is full of it, and it's really weird you keep posting here like some sort of Oracle. You've been so wrong lately that in old times you'd have had your head removed by now.

As another matter of fact I remember getting a profit sharing bonus about 2 months ago. And this bonus was not based upon AAG or AMR results but was based upon the profitability of Eagle alone. This bonus is based upon pre-tax earnings and margin of profits. It is all outlined in LOA 13-05.
So before you go mouthing off about things you have no clue about check your facts. But that might be inconvenient for you and your statements.

He's a PO'd PSA pilot whining about everything; and wrong about everything he posted. PDT and PSA have interviews, not guaranteed flow in seniority order; big difference. Envoy gets 50% of every class, if they withold to 20 a month (not 15 as he incorrectly states) they still have to eventually total 50% in the aggregate. The next batch get 35% of every class and can only be withheld to 25 a month, which is 5 more a month than now. The recent offer Envoy just turned down would have given them the first 30 in every class as well. That was huge, and they still said no and held the line.
The rest of you need to follow their lead. They've voted no three times already under threat of being made Comair II.
XJT and RAH made very strong stands also. Now the rest of you need to do your part. You either band together and support eachother, or you empower management to keep playing their games.
