Default Piedmont Airlines

I am wondering if anyone has updated info on piedmont. It seems like the newest thread on Piedmont was last updated in 2008. Their website shows routes on the west coast but no bases on the west!! does any body know if they have bases on the west coast? working conditions! and where the company is headed with the merge and PSA getting the new fleet.I received an invitation from their HR and I would like to learn more about them.
Thank you all

Those are just customer service locations, check the legend on the bottom of the route map. All Dash 8 service is on the East coast.

Default Final nail has been hammer.

Everyone at piedmont should be very worry
1: Psa got all the firm order of Crj 900
2: Eagle is being offer all firm order of Erj 175
3: Dash 8 are completely gone by 2016
4: Pilot shortage is a myth! if it was real the industry would'nt be giving up pay and quality of life to fly bigger airplanes.
5: I wish i could sell my pilots license, and tell the Faa and Alpa what i really think about them.
6: Good luck everyone, your going to need it.

There is a pilot shortage, and there has been one for a while. Its a shortage of pilots that have integrity, backbone, and selflessness. I also do believe there is a slight shortage of experienced pilots, which will grow with time. Unfortunately, there are two many SFB's, i.e PSA, that aren't smart enough to realize it, and will still bend over backwards for the Man.

What's the deal with classes there? I was in CLT in the sim bay for a couple days last week and I didn't see the Dash sim move once. Nor did I see anyone in either of the briefing rooms. Is there a class in session and they just haven't reached the sim portion yet? I would still think it would be used for recurrent though...

There is a class of 7 in ground school now that are doing procedures training (last bit before sim). I know they had december CQ. My guess is it seemed dead because a lot of people were gone for the holidays.
