Jason, If you just gout out of flight school you probably don't have much flight time. Apply if you want and if you get hired at least build some somewhat quality flight time if you make it through training. Our training program is pretty intense and we have a high wash out rate. What are your times now?

I currently have 290TT with 215PIC with 30 hours of multi.. It isn't much.. But if there is a chance of being hired, I'd like to try. Thank you for the heads up.

You will not even be considered till you have 250pic. Then you realistically need over 1000TT to meet the ATP requirements by August of next year.

Didn't our POI say we could use our pdt dash 8 SIC time to count towards the requirement of the pic time for the ATP rating?

Hell I don't know, if so they should just take the 250pic requirement out of the regs..... Cause you are never acting PIC at Piedmont unless you are a Capt.
