I do not have any citable sources now (and don't have time to dig any up now), but I'm pretty sure that most return-to-work agreements include negotiated agreements to re-instate striking probationaries. I'm pretty sure the 500 UAL 'ers from 1985 were brought back. I think there was something about this in those ALPA "Flying the Line" books if you need some good bathroom reading material.

This is the precedent. I don't know who set it, but you mentioned UAL '85, and I know it occurred with Comair. For PDT, there might not be a return to work agreement however. That's why I would stay away. If they close up shop, you either scabbed for a day or two, most likely to get the aircraft back from RONs, or got fired for striking, insubordination, and whatever else the company decides to hang you on.

Don't take a chance on it. Stay away from the place until this mess gets sorted out.

I heared they are backed up with training. Apparently the upgrades that just went down are in a class by themselves and they are doing sims with Fos that are waiting at home for the sim to open up
