Alpa has known and doesn't have balls to tell us! What about past practice?
And we also are giving up 2 hours a month for a few months to short term disability....so Were losing that money and now profit sharing...yay!

Short term is in the contract and is a good thing. Seriously, if I need to explain that to you then ... Well... You can't be helped.
No kidding it's a good thing, so is our health and dental insurance, but if the health insurance was doubled over night like the short term bank was I think u'd be a little ****ed too
