PSA and Piedmont are two different animals when it comes to profit sharing. I imagine PDT's will be roughly 300 and change. Still not nearly enough to off set our pain.

Heard there are going to be 16 people in an April class. Hopefully there is an equal amount of upgrades.

I heard people are quitting before they even start class. March was supposed to be 12 and 4 decided it wasn't worth showing up.

So I have a feeling there will be less than 16. Prepare to be JR Manned it's coming.

Interview Question--

Have an interview date this Wednesday--- Curious if anyone knows if the online gouges are still accurate and if the written test has changed any?

Also, is the sim ride still the same as it was when they were hiring 3(ish) years ago? I got hired back then and put into the pool--hoping that doesn't happen this time.

From the sounds of it, Piedmont is quite short staffed. I am a new hire with an April 6th class date. What do you think the junior basses will be, and how long do you think reserve will be?
